Jonathan Oldman

Jonathan has over 20-years of senior leadership experience in BC’s not-for-profit sector, working with a range of organizations and systems serving populations including immigrants and refugees, the homeless, individuals with mental health and addiction challenges, seniors, and those at end-of-life. Jonathan is currently CEO of the Immigrant Services Society of BC (www.issbc.org) one of the largest immigrant-serving agencies in Canada, with a national and international reputation in the field of migrant issues and services for immigrants and refugees. Prior to this role he has worked in a variety of senior leadership roles across the social impact sector, including with the Canadian Cancer Society, The Bloom Group, and the Canadian Mental Heath Association. Jonathan has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads. Born in the UK, Jonathan began his career in the British National Health Service, working in a variety of hospital and community health care settings.

Outside of work and volunteering, Jonathan is dad to twin teenagers, which other than an occasional ski and bike ride, pretty much takes up all his remaining time and energy, but brings great joy and pride.
