Ivana joined Catalyst in the fall of 2021 as a building caretaker, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving. Her career in the private construction sector has equipped her with a versatile skill set that she now applies as a valued member of the Property Operations team, skillfully handling daily challenges and supporting Catalyst’s business objectives.

Outside of work, Ivana enjoys quality time with family and friends and exploring nature with her dog.
