Timberline I is an 89-unit purpose-built rental building owned and professionally managed by Catalyst Community Developments Society. The homes are reserved for households who meet BC Housing income criteria under two categories: Housing Income Limited (HILs) and Lower End of Market (LEM).
In accordance with our agreements with the City of North Vancouver, priority consideration will be given to qualified applicants who already live or work in the city.
The building remains under construction, with completion nearing. We are currently projecting that resident move-ins will begin in early 2026.
