Located in South Surrey, BC, Catalyst worked with UNITI – a partnership between Semiahmoo House Society, the Semiahmoo Foundation and Peninsula Estates Housing Society – as a development manager on the creation of a unique affordable and inclusive housing project in Surrey, BC. After completing a detailed feasibility study for the society, Catalyst supported the society in the rezoning, financing, funding and development process. This project features:
