The partners in this project have redeveloped the pre-existing church property into a six-storey, mixed-use building.  The project includes:

  • Commercial and tenant underground parking
  • Commercial retail space at street level
  • the new Oakridge Lutheran Church and community space on the 2nd floor
  • 46 affordable rental homes on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors.

The partners agreed to joingly own, and operate this mixed-use building in perpetuity.
