Catalyst purchased land parcels in the Dockside Green community to build this rental housing development. The project offers 49 new affordable homes, ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom townhouses, in this popular Victoria neighbourhood. Madrona at Dockside Green has received both the 2018 Victoria Real Estate Board Commercial Building Excellence Award Multi-Family Rental and the 2018 Urban Development Institute Excellence in Urban Development Award for Non-Market Housing.
