Catalyst was the successful recipient for two development projects in Burnaby as part of a City of Burnaby RFP process for four sites of affordable housing in May 2020. Located on Kingsway in Burnaby 500 m from Kings Crossing, this 6-storey project features:

  • 99-year land lease via City of Burnaby
  • 207 rental homes
  • Including 65 (40%) family-sized homes (2 or 3 bedrooms)
  • Anticipated completion: Summer 2024
