Catalyst was the successful recipient for two development projects in Burnaby as part of a City of Burnaby RFP process for four sites of affordable housing in May 2020. Located on Royal Oak Ave in the City of Burnaby, approximately 150 m from the Royal Oak Skytrain station, this 6-storey project features:
- 99-year land lease via the City of Burnaby
- 134 rental homes, including 51 (41%) family-sized homes (2 and 3 bedroom)
- 8,300 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor
- Anticipated completion: Summer 2024
