Catalyst and PDCRS Society are creating a much need affordable rental housing project in Downtown Penticton that will provide 56 rental homes (studios to three bedroom apartments) suitable for families and individuals.  A portion of the homes will be designed to accommodate physical disabilities.

Construction start April 2018

Partners:

PDCRS Housing Society, City of Penticton.

Catalyst Role:

Developer, Co-Owner and Co-Operator

Affordability:

  • 100% of homes will be offered at below market rents. 

Financial Information:

  • City of Penticton contributing land on long-term lease
  • Catalyst and PDCRS are each providing a portion of the equity

 

Total Project Cost:

$21M
