Catalyst and Marcon are working together with the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency to redevelop this site in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant area. The development will have a restaurant, retail space, and 145 affordable rental homes (studios to 3 bedroom apartments) suitable for families and individuals. A portion of the homes will be designed to accommodate physical disabilities.
