Located in Langley near the corner of 200 Street and 72nd Avenue, this 5-storey building is a partnership between Catalyst and the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church’s Housing Society. The project features:
- 82 affordable rental homes
- 70 of which are designated for seniors
- 12 stacked apartments for families
- Anticipated completion: spring 2021
